General Information:
We serve the United States, Canada and Mexico. If you are located outside of North America, please click on the following link: Wunderlich International to find the importer in your country. You may contact info@wunderlichamerica.com if you have any questions not answered on that page.
Payment:
We can accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards and PayPal* and Google Checkout payments for all orders within the USA, Mexico and Canada. Mexican and Canadian customers who pay by credit card must have their orders shipped to the billing address of the credit card used. *We can only accept payment via PayPal from "Verified" PayPal members whose account draws the funds from a bank account or their PayPal account. We can only ship to the "Confirmed" billing address.

Shipping:
We ship orders via UPS or USPS. You may request that a signature be required on delivery. We can offer USPS service on International orders to Canada.
Shipments which are selected to be shipped by air freight are subject to additional shipping costs above those quoted in your shopping cart. This is due to possible oversize package dimensions. You will be contacted by our Shipping Department should additional charges be necessary for your item(s).
Orders being shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping costs above those quoted in your shopping cart. You will be contacted by our Shipping Department with the additional costs for international shipping. You are responsible for all duties, taxes, or other fees incurred by importing your item(s). We will supply you with proof of shipping. Once your item has been given to the shipper we can no longer be responsible for your order. We cannot guarantee delivery time. If your order is refused or returned and we receive the item(s) in new condition we will issue you a refund less the shipping costs.
Shipping Damage:
All goods are carefully packaged and in good condition when shipped. If your item(s) arrive damaged you may make a claim directly with UPS or USPS. After reimbursement you can re-order your item(s). If you would like to receive your replacement item(s) more quickly you can re-order the item immediately and wait for reimbursement on the initial order when the claim is resolved.

Return and/or Exchange Policy:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item is still in its original packaging and in new, un-installed, re-sellable condition. We will refund you 100% of the price paid to the method of payment you used originally. Shipping fees will not be refunded. We will not accept returns or exchanges on damaged or installed items under any circumstance. Please see our Returns page for complete details.
Backorders:
Due to the fact that most of our items are manufactured in limited quantities and are imported from Europe, a back-order situation may occur from time to time. We will inform you of stock availability at the time when the order is placed and you will have the option to place the item on back-order or not. As merchandise becomes available, the back-ordered item(s) will be shipped to you automatically.
Warranty:
All items purchased from Wunderlich America are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase. Should you encounter a defective item, please call us for a return authorization. A copy of the original sales receipt may be requested. A replacement will be sent promptly after we have received the defective item. We reserve to right to repair any defective item at our discretion. No labor costs incurred while replacing a defective item will be considered for credit.
Errors and Omissions:
Wunderlich America assumes no liability for errors in part numbers, pricing or model applications. We reserve the right to change product descriptions, prices, specifications and model applications with no further obligation. Images in the catalog or on our web site do not necessarily depict the actual product that you will receive.

Our site offers completely secure shopping so you can be assured your information is safe. You must enable "cookies" on your browser to use our secure server.
