Classic German quality throughout. This tire pressure gauge is the ultimate tool if you are a person who feels more confident in a good old fashioned analog instrument. The 90 degree angle connection makes it easy to access your valve stem. The needle points out your tire pressure and stays there until you reset to zero with the touch of a button. Accurate to within 1% of the reading.

Nice gauge, but....

Reviewed by Mark from Chesapeake, VA (4.14.2014)

the part that is put on the tire's valve stem is on the side of the end cap of the gauge. This makes it difficult to get a good seat and moreover an accurate pressure reading on my tires. Super gauge in every other respect.

Accurate and reliable...

Reviewed by Beemerguy from Bel Air, MD (8.23.2013)

About 40 years ago, I bought one of these tire pressure gauges. (They were originally black and made by Draeger.) I've kept it in the glovebox of every car I've owned over the years, and used it often over the years. In my garage workshop, I keep a newer tire pressure gauge, one of those modern models that has a long hose and looks very cool. It wasn't cheap, and I always assumed it was accurate. Then I got my first car with TPMS... With tires inflated to what the modern gauge said was the correct pressure, the TPMS light was coming on. So I checked the tires with my good old Draeger, and found a 5 PSI difference. Yes, this gauge is expensive, but it's accurate, reliable, and easy to use...and you will never need to buy another.

Flaig Pressure Gauge

Overall I am pleased. I like its compact size. Seems to be accurate. If you are contemplating this buy it because you want it. Not because it may be some uber pressure gauge... It works but I am not going to say it works better than one from the local auto parts store...

Stop the guessing

Reviewed by DKelly from San Rafael, CA (7.12.2013)

Simple. Straightforward. Compact. Reliable. Durable. I got tired of second-guessing my guages - digital and analog alike. By it and forget about 2nd guessing whether you're getting good readings. Get better miles from your tires. Air down for dirt on your GS, and know you're giving yourself the right traction for the job. Air back up, and know you've got the right amount to once again hit the twisties with confidence and style.

CANT GET ANY BETTER

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF THIS GAUGE. DONT BE FOOLED BY CHEAP CHINESE IMITATIONS SOLD AT YOUR LOCAL AUTO STORE. THIS ONE IS MADE IN GERMANY AND THE LEAFLET THAT COMES WITH IT IS HANDSIGNED BY THE TECHNICIAN WHO CALIBRATED IT. VERY EASY TO USE. TIP : SAVE THE PLASTIC PACKAGING FOR STORAGE.
