Micro Flooter Set for F700GS 2013

Reviewed by HAE from Dubai, DU (2.9.2014)

The light set is very versatile when it comes to mounting options. I wanted to install them on the upper crash bar and it fits perfectly. The supplied harness length fits perfectly the F700GS and installs in less then 45 min. I connected the black wire to the power outlet positive wire. This made the light automatically switching off after 1 min from turning the ignition key off. Just keeping the light on long enough to give me the time to reach my house door in the evening. Over all a great light and fits the look and style of the bike.

Micro-Flooter Lights

Reviewed by David Stopri from Clyde, NC (7.28.2013)

I have no idea what a "micro-flooter" is, but these lights are terrific. The installation was easy and straight forward and took less than a day. The lights are installed on the engine protection bars on my 2013 R1200R. They look like they came with the bike and work even better. The one area that I deviated from the instructions is what I used to obtain the current for the "trigger" that is used to energize the relay. I used a small device that you use in conjunction with the parking light in the headlight nacelle. I don't know if Womderlich will be suppling these but they should as it lets you plug in without cutting or piercing any exsisting wires. All in all, a very worthwile addition to my bike and a great product!

Ok, but not great

Reviewed by Dave from Kelowna, BC (7.12.2012)

Instructions were vague and unclear at best. Maybe if i had a boxer engine, the pictures, wire colors and descriptions would have matched. One light quit working within 3 hours of installation. I wish I had bought original BMW, for the dollars I spent.

Flooter lights

Reviewed by Eric Walburgh from Asheville, NC (2.2.2012)

Seemingly complex to assemble and install, but actually fairly simple. The wiring harness fit nicely on my R1200R. Have not driven much at night, but in tunnels they make a big difference. And they are certainly visible to on coming traffic.

The good and bad of there lights

Reviewed by James from Batesville, AR (12.26.2011)

These are more affordable than most light of this calliber. Im still trying to get them adjusted right after about a month so I cant say to much about the brightnes. The were a little hard to put together with the little screws and washers in a most difficult to get to places. After I put a piece of duct tape on the back to hold them in and Gorilla glue on the washers, it was much easier to assemble. The wireing harness was not long enough for my application, even with the extention included. I put them on the creash bars right in front of the cilinder head as shown in the instructions and had to fabricate an extention 1and 1/2 feet to make it work. With all that being said I think they are nice lights and definately makes the bike more visable.
