This beautifully made carbon fiber cover is a direct replacement for the original plastic cover. The carbon fiber adds a high tech, sporty appearance to the bike. Installation is as simple as removing the four mounting screws and replacing the cover.

Does not fit well.

I bought this hoping it would be at least as strong as the original and would keep dirt out because it doesn't have slotted air vents as the original cover on my 04 GSA. In order to fit it I had to include washer spacers behind the bolts so that the cover did not rub on the on the generator belt wheels. The result is a 2.5 mm gap around the entire cover. The holes also did not line up well. Overall the piece feels very flimsy. Hopefully I can sell it as a decoration, very disappointed for what I paid.
