Seems like 20mm couldn't have much impact, but with only a few short rides the more upright position is noticeable and more comfortable. Installation instructions are not user friendly, this item begs for an installation YouTube from Wunderlich. It's doable and as described you do not need to open brake lines, but I would advise an extra set of hands would be good to have with you.
