    BURSIG Center Lift Stand, Black

The BURSIG Center Lift Stand is a German-made, frame-lift paddock stand that is designed to lift your bike up vertically and allow you to maneuver it around the garage or paddock area. Have a tight space in your garage? Not a problem - the BURSIG stand can lift the bike and turn it on a dime allowing you to position your bike in almost any space that would normally take a 50-point turn to get into. The BURSIG Stand makes maneuvering your bike quick and easy!

In addition to its maneuverability, BURSIG Stands make oil changes, wheel removals, chain cleaning, engine work and nearly any type of service easier - as long as it does not require removing the frame.

An adapter plate specific to your motorcycle is required for the BURSIG stand to work with your bike (one adapter included with purchase).

Made from laser-cut galvanized steel, the BURSIG Adapter Plates are manufactured specifically for each bike to allow BURSIG Stands to easily lift your motorcycle. Simply install the included frame adapter sleeve on your bike and adjust the lower adapter pin and you are ready to go! Now, to lift your bike, insert the BURSIG stand with the Adapter plate into the adapter sleeve and frame hole and lift.

Please select your model specific adapter plate from the drop down menu. If you do not see your bike listed or would like an additional plate ($120), please let us know via email or select 'Other' in the drop down menu and include your model in the comments section of your order.

    Details:

    • Made in Germany
    • Galvanized and powder coated finish
    • Includes a complete caster wheel set

Caution: Only use BURSIG Stands on level and even surfaces.

Important Note: Please be sure to select your model from the drop down list to ensure that you receive the proper adapter for your motorcycle.

    Good product but...
The quality is good, and it is beneficial to work on the bike while it is mounted on it, my experience has some disappointing part though, the central lift came with a missing bolt, I found it after driving to different hardware stores. After putting everything together, to my surprise to the bike didn't fit nicely. I could not mount my bike for that reason. after trying for three days, I finally decided to go against the manufacturer's advice. I loosened all the bolts on the adapter, especially the 24mm one in the center. Then only I was able to mount the bike. I tightened all the bolts and nuts while the bike mounted. it is a great product, but I came missing a piece and not calibrated properly

    Innovative, solidly-built space-saving stand
I haven't had this stand for a long time, but I can tell that besides being innovative it's solidly-built and well worth the money. Because of its innovative design, one stand will fit nearly all the motorcycles in your collection (with the addition of a mounting plate). In addition, you get a stand with a variety of up/down adjustments to suit all sorts of work. Pros: - Rolls on 5 solid casters. You can easily work on both sides of your bike, even with *both* wheels off, in a tight space. - Grabs hold of your bike like a fist. No straps or chocks to worry about. - Minimialist design means it doesn't get in the way of doing work. - Drop a screw (I'm *always* doing this). Roll the bike out of the way to look for it. A real lifesaver. Cons (most are fixable by the manufacturer): - Instructions are minimal. I had to call Bursig USA to figure out how to *lower* the lift. - Fitting it to an R1200GSA is a bit tricky. You have to remove the locknut on the swingarm pivot bolt. That nut takes a 30mm socket and the oomph of a *big* breaker bar. You replace the locknut with a Bursig-supplied nut/shaft combo that takes a 32mm socket! - Getting the GSA onto the lift takes a bit of work, until you get the hang of it. - When the lift is completely lowered, the lift handle sticks straight *up*. That's more than a bit ungainly. On the whole, though, the lift is worth buying.
