When it came time to install the folding headlight grill, the two carriage bolts had different size heads. One fit perfectly into the side bracket while the other was too big to fit. I ended up going to a local motorcycle shop and getting two different M5 bolts that would work. The replacement bolts I bought were black and look better than the original hardware.

Due likely to the different fender/nose plastic bits on the Adventure versus the regular F800... the struts outward to hold the grill do not have the clearance for perfect fit. Off by an 1/8th of an inch. Easy to fix by custom removing a bit of material. Other than that, it works, all parts included.
