Extenda Fender
If the front fender of the R1200 RT had been made just a few inches longer, (2.7" to be exact) it would have been very effective at deflecting road debris from the crossover pipe of the exhaust and the front of the engine. The reality is that it's not and so, that's where the Wunderlich Front Fender Extender comes in. This part fits perfectly and is made of thick, rigid ABS plastic. Installation takes only a few minutes and the front fender can remain in place during installation.

I put the Extenda Fender on my 2007 R1200RT when I went to the Arctic Circle back in 2008. The Extenda Fender is still on my RT and still provides protection from mud and water.

Nice piece. Little pricey. I prefer the plastic rivets provided by other providers of similar products. Had to file the points off the attachment screws once mounted.

Made of heavy gauge ABS, should be rugged. A little surprised by its length, really short. Hoping it will do the job.
