These great little cans made by Hünersdorff in Germany are exactly what you need for a small, yet solid and safe fuel reserve. Specifically made for storage and transport of hazardous substances, perfect for motorcycle trips, all small engines and many other purposes.

The perfect small gas can for my 1980 honda CT70 (with a 140cc engine)
The stock gas tank only gets me about 70 miles. This small can will insure I get home.
Built strong. Great quality.

My small 3.5 hp outboard boat motor has a 1.0 L internal fuel tank so I wanted to find a 1.0 L plastic fuel bottle, no bigger, so that when the motor ran dry, I could dump the entire bottle into the tank without worrying about over spill, and without having to monitor the level while filling. Not interested in metal cans made for camping fuel. I wanted plastic. Why not buy a 2.0 L bottle and just fill it with 1.0 L? My tiny boat is tight on space, and also half-filling a larger bottle would allow condensation to form within the bottle. I couldn't find any solutions in the U.S. and after extensive searching, this is the only product I could find that fits my needs. Yes it is expensive but it if you buy cheap, you get cheap, and it's also the only 1.0 L plastic bottle I could find. The fact that it doesn't meet California's "C.A.R.B." requirements doesn't bother me. I'm perfectly capable of safely refueling without the California government holding my hand. Thank you Wunderlich for offering this product and for your prompt shipment.
