Wunderlich Fender Extender

Our "EXTENDA FENDER" fender extension offers multiple aspects of protection. This includes efficiently preventing water and dirt from being thrown up by the front wheel and facing unpleasant consequences. Additionally, it helps protect the engine housing, the radiator, and the battery, as these are located in the front wheel's spinning area and are vulnerable to whirled-up water and stone chipping. As a result, this reduces contamination and the risk of damage from various debris.

Our fender extension is made of high-quality ABS plastic and has a very stable attachment to the bike.

This front fender add-on fits perfectly like an OEM item. I really like it on my 2025 Pan America CVO. The look is genuine, the quality is excellent, and it's excellent design on brackets on both sides provided solid support. I rode on local, country side, and highways afterwards, working all very well.

Fender Extender for Pan America

A necessary addition to the Pan America as the front fender is too short and throws everything in to the battery. Simple install. I removed the front fender to clean the area where the 3m tape will go. Make sure the fender extender is exactly where you want it as that tape really sticks. Remove top bolt from each caliper and add the fender support. Half hour job at the most.

The fender extension built just as substantially as the factory fender. The installation was done in 20 minutes with instructions that could not be simpler. One critique I will leave is the tightening of the caliper bolts. You must only snug the bolts, APPLY AND HOLD PRESSURE TO THE BRAKES, then tourqe to spec. I wouldn't have known this if I didn't have a service manual. The fender starts at the bottom of the radiator like the factory should have made in the first place.

Another well executed and effective addition. Prevents the rain water and road debris from spraying up on the radiator and between the triple tree into my face. I'm guessing here, but this seems to be more suited for road warriors than serious off roading.
