In its original form the footrest area of the brake lever is unfortunately rather small, which all too often presents a safety risk. The extension means that it is almost impossible for the foot to slip off or miss the lever altogether. You'll learn to appreciate this innovation once you've tried it out. Plate is well-etched, though not as deeply as standard ADV/Dirt bike pegs. It does make the lever easier to locate with boots. I just wish it were thicker to add more height to my non-adjustable lever. The shape of the lever on my 2025 G310 GS is not quite the same as the one shown in the product pix. The result is the groove cut into the underside of the top plate does not line up and so does nothing for the security of the plate. However, tightening the screws and adding the thread locker liquid (which comes with the plate) should be adequate to prevent shifting in use.

Does not really look like it was made for the G310GS... It attaches fine but does b not file the lives of the breaker lever. Almost like it was made for another bike. Works ok, but I would send this one back to the design shop to make it look like it was made for the bike...I put pictures on the G310Gs forum on the adventure biker forum. I wish I could give a better review. Usually Wunderlich does a much better job. Sorry to write a bad review... Not my favorite thing to do :-(
