Description
CSS Tank Pads
Specially designed to match the sharp contours and lines of the R1300 RT, these tank pads are molded of high quality polyurethane in Germany by CSS. They attach with very strong adhesive yet can be removed, if desired, without damaging the painted surfaces of the motorcycle. This pad set will help prevent scuffs and scratches to the paint while adding a unique styling enhancement. They also serve to provide a firm and comfortable grip for the knees when riding off road.
A note about Fitment: This is a newly designed and vastly improved set, made just for the R1300 RT.

Easy to install on the Rt1300, and they're kinda squishy which is nice, Perfect for the knees when hugging the bike. They use some sort of 3m type adhesive so I could see how one could remove them in the future as needed, as advertised in the description. The look nice and feel good.

Tank guards are nice to have. Helps you grip the tank better and reduces scratches from jeans or other riding gear. Used Tech-Spec in the past. Will try these out to see if they do the trick. Anything is better than nothing, plus they look nice too.
