Description
Extreme Engine Bars, Stainless (Euro4)
The life insurance for the engine of the F 750 GS and F 850 GS. The crash bar reliably protects the engine and parts of the fairing in the worst case scenario.
NOTE: Mid 2020 Euro5 created updates to some BMW models for emission and noise. This changed some sensors and other hardware that did not work the previous version of the Wunderlich products. The Euro5 products fit these new requirements, while also being backward compatible with the earlier Euro4 configuration. Please verify your production month to verify fitment.
The facts:
- Perfect protection for the engine and parts of the fairing
- With diagonal strut for uniform distribution of the forces over 6 attachment points
- No restriction of ground clearance
- Plug-n-Play fit and assembly. Guaranteed!
- Minimal weight
- Maintenance work is possible without removing the crash bar
- Stainless steel, additional glass bead blasted (consolidation of surface) and electro polished.
- High quality steel with high tensile strenght/elongation.
- Surface with passive coating: the surface is self-regenerating after a damage, under influence of oxygen.
- Detailed yet easy-to-understand instructions
- Incl. installation material
- Made in Germany

Bike is 2020 F750GS. Left bar upper front and lower rear fitting took die grinding the bolt holes to fit the engine threads without forcing the soft aluminum crankcase. Once done ok. Right bar holes lined up ok but cross tube connection bar took sawing 1/2" shorter (or 1/4" off each cross tube) to fit other bar with interplug tight. Upper right front Torx bolt head not reachable with socket due to nearby bar. Once done they are acceptable. Maybe BMW changed the engine dimensions for 2020. This in my 70th bike since 1960 so I'm no newbie.

Great set and easy installation didn’t take long at all. Unfortunately someone hasn’t made a video online for these. I’m glad I made the purchase
