Lucas Replacement Rotor, Front

Comparable to BMW Part number 34 11 2 314 893 and 34 11 2 314 894

When the front brake rotors have reached or exceeded the minimum thickness or if the pads wore out completely resulting in metal to metal contact, the rotors must be replaced.

Left and right are the same. Order a quantity of two to replace both front rotors.

Please Note: For models up to 11/2007 production you can re-use your original hardware when installing these brake rotors. However, because the bushings do wear (and sometimes rust) we recommend that you also order one Installation set per brake rotor ordered.

For models produced after 12/07 the additional purchase of the install set is required to attach these rotors!

Great replacement option

My OEM rotors were under spec at about 54K miles, so replacement was needed. Spent a lot of time researching replacement parts, and the Lucas rotors appeared to be a good value, even after adding the mounting kits (from Wunderlich) and new rotor bolts (from the dealer). Excellent quality, easy mounting, great performance. So far, so good.

I purchase these to replace some warped rotors on my 2010 GSA. They seem a quality part at a substantial discount over OEM. Be sure to order the washer kit to mount these as you cannot use the original rotor washers and BMW does not sell them separately. They mount easily, just be sure to get the washers in the right order (there are no directions, but it is pretty obvious if you compare to the original discs). When I ordered these Wunderlich did not list the spacer kit but now they do. They were kind enough to send me free two sets of spacers since they had neglected to have them on their site at the time. I consider this excellent service. So these are high quality products that hopefully won't suffer from premature warping that BMW's rotors did.
