Description
MAHLE Oil Filter Wrench
This oil filter wrench is made by MAHLE, the same company who manufactures oil filters for BMW.
This wrench is made of robust plated stamped steel. This requires a 27mm wrench (1-1/16") wrench or socket.
It fits the MAHLE OC306 filter.
Please inspect your filter carefully to see which filter wrench you need 12 dimpled or 14 flat version.
There are two types of oil filter wrenches used on BMW motorcycles.
- 12 dimples (this one)
- 14 flats (see the Related Products)

Fit great! Tap it into place to secure the fit and use a wrench to wind it out! Nice and snug as a bug.

Using a 1-1/16" socket the filter wrench rounded out. I will say whoever put my oil filter on over torqued it, but I expected the filter wrench to be a little more sturdy. Fit the filter great. The part that went in the socket rounded out.
