Osram H1 55 W Blue Vision Bulb
The alternative to the expensive Xenon lights. The brilliant white daylight of the Blue Vision bulb improves the reflection of road signs, markings and other reflective surfaces. Unpleasant night riding turns pleasant as the eyes don't tire as before and you can react better to traffic situations. Changing the bulb is easy, same as the original.
Depending on model/year, this H1 55 Watt bulb is an upgrade replacement for: "High+Low", "High only", or "Low only"

Replaced my R1150GS's low beam with this Osram bulb. Nice color and price, bright white, not overly "blue" (makes my high beam look yellow...should have bought two!) Definitely an improvement in visiblity.
