Rear Suspension Riser

K1200 R, K1200 S, K1300 R and K1300 S

Raising the rear suspension will alter the steering geometry and can result in quicker steering response and improve handling in the twisties. Simultaneously, a more dynamic appearance is achieved. These risers simply replace the original rear suspension linkage parts and no permanent modifications are needed.

Raises rear suspenion 25mm (about 1")
Tested and approved by TÜV
Cornering clearance increased by 3 - 5 cm
Laser cut from cold rolled stainless steel
Quicker steering response through altered steering geometry
Increase weight on the front and and dynamic optical improvement

A quicker feel turning at low and high speeds, bike handling is noticeably improved and the big K1200S definitely feels more agile. The bike will lean over more on the sidestand so plan for a foot plate.
