Attaching the MultiPod to the K1200 S presented a bit of a challenge because of the lack of conveniently placed fasteners around the handlebar. Therefore, this adapter was developed especially for the K1200 S. Simply remove the plastic plug from the inside end of one handlebar and insert this adapter. When tightened, the adapter expands internally and locks in place and holds the MultiPod in place. By itself, it works best with the standard length (not short) MultiPod. The Flat Adapter (see under the Related Products) can offer the possibility of attaching the short version.
