CSS Tank Pads
This tank protector set was designed specifically for the R1200C and fit the CL equally well. They attach to the tank with a high quality adhesive backing. They will stay solidly in place but will not damage your paint if removal should become necessary. Protect your tank while adding a personalized accent to your Cruiser. Made in Germany by CSS.

These pads are super durable and look great on the tank. Even though there are no bike-specific instructions, the placement is really obvious once they are unpacked. These were designed for this bike and are much higher quality than the generic plastic-y ones you see sold elsewhere.

I received these tank pads a few weeks back and put them on. First impression is that they look great. They feel nice too when squeezing the tank in the faster paced turns. They offer protection to the tank in this area from abrasion. Very nice....
