Brake Lever Enlarger, Ti-Finish

In the GS's stock form, the physical area of the brake pedal is, unfortunately, relatively small, which all too often presents a safety risk. This enlargement for the foot brake pedal functions as an extension of the original foot brake pedal. It simply screws onto the original pedal. Accidental slippage or failure of the lever and the associated "kicking empty air" thus becomes almost impossible. Additionally, the carefully milled grooves protect against slippage when wet. The enlarger improves ergonomics and comfort and thus increases passive safety. Also available in an anodized silver finish and can be found here: 26220101

There are two reasons why I purchased this product. One, because I wanted the brake pedal to be closer to my boot and there is little adjustability available, and two, the OEM brake pedal looks a little more industrial than I like. The Wunderlich brake pedal enlarger was very easy to install, looks great, and solves the distance and usability issue. Nice addition to my bike.

I installed this enlarger on my 2017 BMW R1200GSA. The size is perfect for street use; however, the enlarger would need to be removed before the trail brake could be folded over for use.

Finding this to be a "must have" addition to my 2015 R1200GS, improved surface affords much quicker rear brake response. Pros: easy to install, surface very coarse, easier to get a foot on in a hurry. Cons: surface area could be a bit larger, at this price a small tube of LocTite should be included.

Looks good, easier to use than the stock pedal and very easy to install. Had one on my last GS and will have one on my next one too, unless BMW decides to give us a brake pedal bigger than your little toe.
