Description
Luggage Rack for Vario Case
Available in: Left or Right
It's a well-known fact that you can never have enough luggage on a tour. That's why lots of motorcyclists transport additional soft luggage such as bags, rolls, tent, etc. on the side cases. We've developed these brilliant luggage rails for this purpose.
They mount on the original brackets for the Vario cases simply and securely without having to drill the cases. With the mounted luggage rails, even with luggage attached the cases can of course also be opened no problem and the volumes adjusted. The luggage can be tied down securely thanks to the practical lashing rings.

Purchase these In California. Very well made and just what I was looking for to be able to put extra bags on top of my Vario bags. R1200 GSW 2017 Ralley. Excited to get home and put these on my bike my first reaction was the Weight. These things are heavy. Moving foward everything looked great placing them into postion these things were going to be the ticket. Reading the instructions put some doubt of the funtionality. The deal breaker wasnt the price but it secured with Velcro on one side and one of the mounting screws was going to rub into the overpriced Vario box. Along with that this is really designed to rest on the top or your boxes. Once you put anything on the bracket of weight it hits the foam that you put under the plate. Again expensive boxes and your spending another 300 plus to put small bags on top. For the money im going in another direction with hard boxes. This not to say these Plates are not very nice. But maybe just not ready for prime time. I personally think they are over built for what they need to do. I purchased Varios because I didnt want to spend the extra for the hard rack and need to also change the passenger pegs. Back to the drawing board. Wunderlich was awsome with suport in returning the product no issues, even when they were packing up there shop. Ill be back. Just wish they were still in CA 20 miles from my home and a great ride.
