Wunderlich generally makes great accessories however this is not in that category. The instructions were simply a pic and the work "click" appearing that you simply click this shade into place. That is NOT the case. No matter how I maneuvered it there was no way it was clicking into place at the bottom. It sits about a 1/4 inch away from the TFT screen. Upon contacting Wunderlich I received word that this is how it's supposed to fit. I say Bool Scheibe. It also bows in the center. It needs reengineered .

This sun shield is a very useful add-on to an RT. The finish of the plastic is good, but doesn’t match the OEM finish perfectly. The installation is very simple and snaps on the OEM display with authority. The top horizontal edge does dip down slightly as another reviewer indicated, but it’s slight and I’m okay with it. The shield does help shade the display when the sun is more overhead, although I’m not sure by how much during the winter months when the sun’s angle will be low.

This would be a better product if it was 3D printed. The plastic is not sturdy enough across the top and as a result it bends slightly in the middle.

2 minutes to install leaves 1 minute 53 seconds to initially admire. The shield is a harder plastic than I thought it would be, but still retains a pliability that both makes it easy to wrap around the TFT and also give a "snap" when secured. Outstanding product and looks like it came installed from the factory. I was able to use it with my FMS Accessories RF shield on top and mounted in the Touratech Zumo XT locking cradle with the XT in its own glare shield. Nice looking and functional cockpit layout. Well done, WUNDERLICH! All Stars*****
