Embarrassing to admit I purchased this product!

The exact thing happened to my shipment. No lock nuts (they sent them by overnight mail). The back plate that the bars are attached to underneath the license plate is chromed as well. The plate looks like it was "nibbled" instead of laser cut or plasma cut. The holes are way off center as well. While this worked, it is an embarrassment to have paid ~$800 for "quality German workmanship" when expecting much better. Shipping is another issue. UPS lost my shipment, so it took way longer than necessary to get across the country. I am being generous with two stars and will probably not purchase from Wunderlich again.
