BMW Nav 6 Sun Visor

Well constructed, easy to install and effective. Necessary item in southern Arizona desert environment for better daytime visualization ofnthe screen and protection of the Nav 6 from UV light.

I purchased this for one of the phone caddies, knowing it wouldn’t fit or work exactly right but also knowing it was worth a shot. If it works to keep glare off the gps, I could use it for the phone mount. The quality of this product out of the box is great! If I had the gps unit, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product! In order for it to fit the phone caddies, I removed the tabs by scoring them, then bending them thoroughly and snapping off at the score line. Then I cut the bottom at the bottom left corner where it is thin. Then I scored the upper right corner thoroughly. Next I folded/bent the upper right corner at the score line until it snapped. That left me with an L shaped top piece and left side intact. This product has a lip. I placed glue all along the lip of the top and left side. Then I placed it on the caddy, leaving the right side open for the length of the phone and the bottom open for the spring that holds the phone in place. This visor is well made, easy to install, and just what I was after. I would have no second thoughts about buying this product. Fast shipping, Wunderlich is great.

This is a nice fitting visor at a fair price. Unfortunately, it's 6 degrees outside with 8 inches of new snow. Needless to say, I haven't tried it on my bike yet. It is hard to remove once you put it on your Nav 6. The included 2 sided tape is a bit of overkill.

Extremely high quality material and precise fit. Easily snapped on or off (for GPS case storage) or can be permanently mounted with the double sided tape provided. Looks really good.

Can't give it 5 stars because it is so expensive for what it is, but it is durable, fits perfectly, does the job. Explore the Chinese knock-offs on eBay with many neg. reviews, then buy this one. (Be aware though that the OEM GPS mount DOES tilt--if your dealer mounted it at the wrong angle, just loosen the screws and set it to a better angle and re-tighten. For me, best reflection rejection is tilted down as far as poss. while still having full screen visible under this visor (while seated anyway, standing up is another issue for dashboard & Navi).)
