Rubber Tire Valve, D15mm w/ cap
Here is a replacement tire valve stem, complete with the metal cap. It's good practice to replace the valve stem each time you change tires or at least every other time!
This is equivalent to the part that BMW offers for more than twice as much. We have sourced this replacement from a top quality European supplier.
Sold each. Diameter = 15mm
Equivalent to BMW Part number 36 31 7 653 064

Perfect replacements for the rotted tire valves on my '98 R1100GS.

These are superior valves. I change tires on BMW's for a lot of folks, if it has been three years or they can't remember when a new valve was installed I pull these out. I had some Asian valves for a while and the failed with in 6 months if installation, no worries with these. Carry one under the seat to share. I have seen road trips turn sour because of valve failure. With determination you can stuff one in the rim hole from the outside in an emergency.

You can likely pick these up at any dealer but the metal valve stem caps with the o-ring inside the cap gives you one additional safety feature if for some reason the valve stem core fails.
