The tank pads are a nice addition to adding grip and wear protection to the tank. Other tank pads I've seen have adhesive on the whole pad. Wunderlich's tank pad only adheres with a high quality double tape around the inside boarder of the pad. The pad seems to be attached well. It appears, If the pad wears out or ever has to be removed, It could be done with less effort or residual adhesive to deal with unlike other pads I've had on other bikes.
