Good and bad
Just installed seat. Easy to swap the bars over from the original seat, and the seat clicked in fine ( but more on that below). I put the seat height adjustment bars in highest riding position and rode about 100 miles. To my surprise the \"standard\" seat in this position was notably higher than where i was on the original seat. Normally i could put both feet flat on the ground, but with this new seat at its highest setting, i was on my toes when stopped. I\' 6\'1\" tall, so heads up on that. So when i got home i took the seat off and lowered the adjustment bars to their low position, and then tried to reinstall the seat...and couldnt. The rear bar would not engage with the bike because the seat was striking the bracket that holds an electronic module in place on the bike, that sits under where the front and rear seats meet. I couldnt come close to clearing that. I\'ll try again, but it appears this is a one position ( high) seat. The seat itself is wider than my stock adventure seat, as advertised, and very hard, but hopefully it will break in with miles. I\'ll try fiddling with this some more.
