Clutch/Brake Line Extension for Handlebar Riser
When fitting a handlebar riser, we recommend extending the standard hydraulic lines for the brake and the clutch.
This high-grade hydraulic hose extends the break or clutch line by around 115 mm, which has proven effective in practice. We include the necessary hollow screw and all required seals as standard with the practical adapter. It is fitted between the brake pump or the clutch perch and the original hydraulic hose. We have gently angled the connection for the brake pump or clutch perch. This simplifies connection of the supply lines, which can then be routed and connected without tension.
Using the extension saves both the time and money that would otherwise be required for producing and routing new (approved) hydraulic lines.
Note on installation and your safety: Fitting the adapter requires specialist expertise. It should therefore only be fitted and connected by specialist personnel or a specialist workshop.

Heat shield made of real carbon. And since quality is everything to us, we have the protective cover exclusively from Ilmberger, Carbon specialists, manufacture for us. It is a strong yet lightweight cover that serves as thermal and mechanical protection to reliably isolate the radiant heat from the rear cylinder manifold and to prevent direct contact of the right lower leg with the hot manifold pipe. We have made our carbon heat shield over 130 millimeters longer than the series plate for good reasons. It thus protects against painful burn injuries and prevents damage to the protective clothing due to thermal influences. At the same time, it offers a high mechanical protection against scratches or dents for the manifold, which can occur when driving off-road or in the event of an unfortunate fall. The heat protection is constructed in one piece and is mounted thermally decoupled, so touches remain without consequences. Functional, integrated design with a carbon adventure look. The organic shape follows the course of the manifold fluently, so that it fits perfectly into the lateral flow of the Pan America. Precise assembly using the enclosed assembly kit is extremely easy. The heat protection replaces the original series part.

The development of this engine protection bar concept brings maximum protection to the forefront. The geometry of the compact protection bar primarily reliably protects the exposed water pump together with the hoses. But it also protects the clutch housing as well as the clutch’s slave cylinder. The engine protection bar nestles in closely against the aggregate and its compact structure also offers additional stability and stiffness. The bar for the left side of the engine is solidly bolted to the frame at two select screw points. The torques and forces that arise during a crash or fall are thereby distributed across two points. This reduces peak loads caused by external forces.
The motor protection bar reduces the risk of damage in case of falling over or a crash. A failure of the water pump and its connections in particular without fail means that the trip can be over.
The assembly is easy.

Wunderlich Speaker/Bottle Holder for HIGHWAY Fairing, Black
This universally usable holder fits discreetly into the shaft of the HIGHWAY fairing, which is located on the left below the fuel gauge. In principle, it can be used for all cylindrical (also prism-shaped) objects such as Bluetooth speakers (such as the Ultimate Ears Boom 3 shown), 500 ml beverage cans or our aluminum bottle (600 ml - #43583-000) with a diameter of Ø70 mm to Ø75 mm and a minimum cylindrical length of 130 mm. Once the speaker or bottle is pushed in all the way, it is secured with a sturdy, fabric-reinforced elastic that hooks onto a solid retaining tab. Two additional straps on the bottom of the holder and six elastomer elements ensure a non-slip, rattle-free and secure fit while driving. We manufacture the holder from high quality stainless steel. It is fastened with two screws. We use the prepared screw points on the lower bracket of the HIGHWAY lamp mask.

We think the standard foot gear-shifter is too petite, too short and too thin in a diameter. You look for it again and again, but sometimes you hit it imprecisely and sadly your boot toe slipping is a given.
Our aluminum, cylindrical gear-shift extension, which is a whole 15 mm longer than the original, is very easily pushed over the standard lever and is firmly clamped in place. This change not only makes switching gears noticeably easier, but more comfortable too. This means added operating reliability, especially in situations where it’s key.
The three ring-shaped, integrated rubber segments provide the best grip when shifting gears and simultaneously ease the stress on your motorcycle boots or shoes.
