The ROAD footrest enlargement on the BMW R 1300 GS offers clear benefits – primarily on-road, but also off-road. With little effort, it transforms the narrow standard footrests into true touring footrests. On the road, they increase comfort by distributing foot pressure more evenly thanks to the larger surface, and improve control. Vibrations are reduced by the rubber pad, which also provides extra grip in wet conditions. They also improve ergonomics and deliver added stability overall. Off-road, they enable more efficient power transfer, facilitate weight shifting and offer better support. They reduce fatigue and increase stability during jumps and uneven terrain. Made of high-grade stainless steel and encased in a vibration-damping, slip-resistant rubber compound, these footrests offer long-lasting quality and ergonomic comfort.

With our ROAD footrest enlargements, the development focus was tailored to the requirements of touring riders – transforming the narrow standard footrests of the BMW R 1300 GS into proper touring footrests
