Literally a 5minute job. Functions perfectly. Be aware that the BMW multi-function wheel does not work with this adapter installed. It's a Garmin thing. Be aware also, that the adapter is screwed on to the GPS. For me, neither of these is an issue. The USB-A and C ports are a nice touch. Nice clean installation.

Purchased as a plug and play device to be able to easily switch my Zumo XT between bikes. Unfortunately, installation requires the Adapter to be mounted to the Zumo with two screws and a bracket so to Zumo cannot be used on another bike without removing the Adapter. Otherwise, the Adapter is of high quality and functions very well.

The adapter does what it is supposed to do. The Garmin XT2 fits nicely to the adapter. However, just note that the bulky adapter is screwed into the Garmin. You have to carry this bulky adapter that is now part of your Garmin unless you unscrew it. Is it worth obtaining? Absolutely.
