• They serve as a coupling element between the rack base and the lower tubular extension, providing additional stiffness to the tubular assembly
• The applied forces and moments are distributed across two additional mounting points on both the right and left sides
• The shape of the supplementary bars also contributes to the elastic reduction of peak loads
