Paralever Slider, Double Shock

Easy installation on my R1250GSA. I hope that I'll never experience having to use it.

I have Wunderlich sliders front and back on several motorcycles, so I'm obviously a big fan. This paralever protective slider is no exception. Well-engineered, elegant design, and simple installation. The only thing I ran into was getting the initial expansion on the cone and sleeve right. The sleeve needs to be expanded slightly so it won't just turn freely inside the axle when you try to tighten it. My first attempt, I pre-tightned a little too much and the rubber sleeve overrode the wedge-expanding cone and wouldn't insert all the way in. i backed off the tightness and it slid right in and tightened as designed. It was a two-iced tea job due to it being 100f in my carport, but I'll hopefully never have to mess with it again.

I purchased the rear paralever protector for my BMW 1250 GSA. Very easy install, just took a few minutes. High quality part. Looks like it will protect the rear drive if nay bike falls over. Rate 5 stars

I had previously installed the Tornado Rear Wheel Slider on my GS and loved the way it looked. It made the plugged hole on the drive shaft look incomplete so I purchased the paralever slider. Very easy install and it looks great while offering protection.

Great quality, sturdy durable product. Very easy install Just read the instructions provided in several languages. Adding safety equipment is worth the price knowing you are protecting your investment.

It was not clear that the plastic sleeve over the expander was part,of the installation - looked like it was cheap packaging protection. Probably why others had the piece fall out. After reading here realized it was needed but was already out in the trash, so removed, wrapped a few windings of electrical tape around it and back in. Much more secure and doubt it's going anywhere.
