CSS Tank Pads

R 1200 GS-LC Adv (2014 - )

Specially designed to match the sharp contours and lines of the Adventure, these tank pads are molded of high quality polyurethane in Germany by CSS. They attach with very strong adhesive yet can be removed, if desired, without damaging the painted surfaces of the motorcycle. This pad set will help prevent scuffs and scratches to the paint while adding a unique styling enhancement. They also serve to provide a firm and comfortable grip for the knees when riding off road.

My knees scraped my tank on previous R1200GS, and tank back tail end scraped paint. This solved, looks great, easy to install. When finding position, sit on bike and mark where knees hit.
