BMW F850 GS Adventure Wunderlich Edition
The pro among the F-models - the F 850 GS Adventure
The most professional of the F-models is the BMW F850 GS Adventure. Undoubtedly, that's because of the genes. It shares that with the R1250 GS Adventure, and this is recognizable at first glance. The large, striking 23-liter front tank is unmistakable, as is the side paneling. Together they give the Adventure a stature, which will get you through the toughest terrain with confidence, even around the globe!

But it's not just the looks, it's also the "inner" values that characterize the Adventure. The technical layout ensures a balanced ride. It comes as standard with disconnectable ASC, which adapts the drive torque depending on the driving situation. The system and the optimized driving modes "Road" and "Rain" ensure a high degree of interactive driving safety. The claim is underlined by the enduro specific 21-inch cross-spoke front wheel, led by an upside-down fork. The spring travel of 230 mm (9") at the front and 215 mm (8.46") at the rear assure that you can ride with confidence, even when off-road.
Optionally there is also the mode Pro, which leaves nothing to be desired with the modes "Dynamic" and "Enduro", the ABS Pro and the dynamic traction control. This also applies to the slipper clutch, which minimizes the risk of losing traction at the rear wheel when downshifting by reducing the drag torque noticeably. Further equipment options: Connectivity in conjunction with the 6.5 "TFT display and the on-board computer PRO.
Personalize your ride comfort just for you!
Life for Adventure bike ownershasn’t exactly gotten easier in the last few years. Where the average seat height for a motorcycle in the Eighties was between 750 mm (29.5") and 800 mm (31.5"), today riders have to climb onto a seat with an average height of 800mm (31.5") to 850 mm (33.5"). On a standard F 850 GS you are enthroned even in 875 mm (34.4") height.
Not long after the market launch, we are already offering high-quality components for the new F-models: windscreens and hand guards to protect against wind, weather and tiresome turbulence, handlebar risers for relaxed sitting and riding while standing, ergonomic seats, footrestsystems, and seat height adjustment sets for a relaxed knee angle, and overall comfort.
Total protection and security
If you’re one for riding your GS offroad, we offer excellent components to protect your GS. No matter whether you need an engine protection bar or a tank protection bar, engine and manifold protection, axle sliders or our cooler protection, our equipment helps prevent serious and costly damage to your bike should the worst happen. What’s more, our high-quality protective components help to prevent damage to the engine, components (e.g. on the exposed water pump), and rider, so that you can continue on your travels despite crashing. An important aspect – andnot just for long-distance riders stranded off-road.
Our side stand enlarger is naturally a must-have piece of equipment on every Adventure bike: The bike remains in a secure upright position even when fully loaded, whatever the surface.
