Wunderlich TFT Display Anti-Theft Guard with Visor Option, Black

Unfortunately, it has become common knowledge that the TFT displays are merely clipped in and held by three delicate snap rings. These can be easily bypassed with a quick tug, no tools required. As a result, reports of stolen TFT displays are increasing, often accompanied by collateral damage to the bike – because thieves are anything but gentle.

This is doubly annoying: Without the TFT display, continuing your journey is not possible. On a trip abroad, this can be especially inconvenient. Moreover, replacing the instrument, which functions as a complex, central control unit, is extremely costly.

Our anti-theft protection makes things much harder for potential thieves: A four-point screwed frame secures the TFT display and effectively prevents it from being simply removed from its standard mount. It helps to avoid frustrating situations, expensive replacements and unnecessary trouble by clearly signalling to would-be thieves (and they get the message instantly) not to even think about attempting a theft. This may also reduce the risk of secondary damage.
