Tail Light Adapter Cable

This tail light adapter DOES NOT FIT a 2021 BMW R9T Scrambler. This is a 3-pin adapter housing but the ‘21 Scrambler has a 4-pin harness housing. It DOES NOT FIT as described. Huge dissatisfaction.

To be honest I expected more, we'll call it 3.5 stars and round up, it was the correct connector and at a fair price, but the wires looked like breadboard jumpers almost and there is a gap between the heat shrink tube connection and the connector itself that I am pretty certain is a slight bit of exposed conductor. That interface where the wires meet the connector was not confidence inspiring to me. Tape and strain relief it heavily. It also wouldn't initially plug into my bike. I inspected it it looked keyed properly so I pushed just a touch hard and something clicked, a tiny piece of the face, not a keyed tab or anything the face, of my connector chipped off I'm talking immeasurably small quarter mm wide 3mm long or thereabouts. After that the plug worked fine. I used this to try and fit a Chinese tidy tail and tail light, the bike threw a light fault so I uninstalled it, no fault of this connector I am certain.

This cable is well made and fit perfectly. Product support was very helpful and fast highly recommend
